"Two French Muslim women who continue to wear the full-face veil in defiance of a new law banning it in France have been issued fines by a court." - BBC (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-15013383)

Is this an attack on muslim ideology or an attempt to keep fundamentalists out of France?

  1. Would a law like this be constitutional in the United States?

  2. Is there a law outlawing ski masks too? This is foolish. That being said, for official purposes such as drivers photos, airport security screenings, court appearances they should be required to remove their head gear. But for everyday walking around the state has no right to limit a persons freedom by dictating what they can or cannot wear.
